Cartridge heater are widely used in the process of mold electric heating pipes or other industrial electric heating equipment.
The installation method of the single-head electric heating tube is as follows:
1. The conventional single-head heating tube does not require special fixed installation. It can be directly placed in the heating channel for heating, or a bracket can be used to fix the heating.
2. The baffle-type single-head electric heating pipe generally needs to make an aperture on the installation surface that allows the electric heating pipe to pass through. The baffle acts as a fixed support. The baffle-type single-head electric heating pipe is installed horizontally and vertically. The board mainly plays the role of protecting the leads.
3. For the threaded single-head electric heating pipe, the hole with wire is punched at the part that needs to be installed, and then the electric heating pipe can be fixedly installed in this part with the thread. The advantages of using threads are easy installation, easy replacement, good sealing effect and good stability.
