Step-by-Step Instructions
1.Prepare the IBC Tank:
Ensure the IBC tank is clean and securely placed on a stable surface.
Check that the tank is filled with the product you wish to heat or maintain at a specific temperature.
Unfold and Position the Heating Sleeve:
Unpack the IBC heating sleeve from its storage.
Unfold the heating sleeve fully and lay it flat.
Position the sleeve around the IBC tank, ensuring that the heating elements are evenly distributed around the surface of the tank.
2.Secure the Heating Sleeve:
Wrap the sleeve around the IBC tank. Most sleeves come with adjustable straps, Velcro, or buckle systems to secure them in place.
Tighten the securing mechanisms to ensure a snug fit around the tank, ensuring there are no gaps for heat to escape.
Connect the Thermostat (if applicable):
If your heating sleeve has an integrated thermostat, connect it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Set the desired temperature on the thermostat. This allows for precise control of the heating process.

3.Plug in the Heating Sleeve:
Connect the heating sleeve to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the voltage and power requirements match your power source.
Turn on the heating sleeve using the control panel or switch, if present.
Monitor the Heating Process:
Regularly check the temperature of the IBC contents, especially when heating sensitive materials.
Adjust the thermostat as needed to reach or maintain the desired temperature.
4.Safety Checks:
Periodically check the heating sleeve and the IBC tank for any signs of overheating or damage.
Ensure that the power cord is not in contact with any sharp edges or heated surfaces.
5.Turn Off and Disconnect:
Once the desired temperature is reached or the heating process is complete, turn off the heating sleeve.
Unplug the heating sleeve from the power outlet.

6.Remove the Heating Sleeve:
Allow the heating sleeve to cool down before handling.
Unfasten the securing straps or buckles and gently remove the sleeve from the IBC tank.
7.Store the Heating Sleeve Properly:
Fold the heating sleeve neatly and store it in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, to ensure its longevity.
Tips for Safe Usage
Check Compatibility: Make sure the heating sleeve is compatible with the size and material of your IBC tank.
Follow Manufacturer's Instructions: Always refer to the manufacturer's manual for specific instructions and safety guidelines.
Avoid Overheating: Do not exceed the maximum temperature recommended for the IBC contents and the sleeve.
Regular Inspection: Inspect the heating sleeve regularly for any signs of wear or damage to prevent accidents.
By following these steps, you can safely and effectively use an IBC heating sleeve to heat or maintain the temperature of your materials.
