Precautions for heating elements
The heating element is allowed to work under the following conditions: A. The relative humidity of air is not more than 95%, no explosive and corrosive gas. B. The working voltage should be no more than 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded. C. Insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ Dielectric strength: 2KV / 1min.
The electric heating tube should be well positioned fixed, effective heating zone must be immersed in liquid or metal solid, forbidden to burn empty. The surface of the tube body is found to have scale or carbonization, should be promptly removed clean and reuse, so as not to affect the heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
Heating elements fusible metal or solid nitrate, alkali, leachate, paraffin, etc., should first reduce the use of voltage, to be melted medium, before rising to the rated voltage.
When heating air components should be crossed evenly arranged, so that components have good heat dissipation conditions, so that the flow of air can be fully heated.
When heating nitrate salt should consider safety measures to prevent explosive accidents.
The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer, avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, water; lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and heating load for a long time, wiring screws tightening should be avoided when the force is too hard.
The heating element should be stored in a dry place, if the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term placement, can be dried in an oven at about 200 ℃, or reduce the voltage of electric heating, until the recovery of insulation resistance.
Heating element out of the end of the magnesium oxide powder, in the use of places to avoid contaminants and moisture infiltration, to prevent leakage accidents.
