Precautions for TM22 series thermostat
⑴ Grounding method: connect to the grounded metal part of the equipment through the metal cover of the thermostat.
⑵ When using the contact temperature-sensing installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance. To ensure the temperature-sensing effect, the temperature-sensing surface should be coated with thermal grease or other heat-conducting medium with similar performance.
⑶ Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of the cover during installation, so as not to affect performance.
⑷ Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the temperature controller, do not cause cracks in the shell, and do not change the shape of the external terminals at will.
⑸ If the product is used in a circuit with a current of no more than 5A, the copper core cross-section should be 0.5-1㎜2 wire connection; when used in a circuit with a current of no more than 10A, the copper core cross-section should be 0.75-1.5mm2 wire connection .
⑹ The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry, and non-corrosive warehouse with a relative humidity of less than 90% and an ambient temperature of 40°C.
⑺ Do not bend the terminal during use, otherwise it will affect the reliability of the electrical connection TM22 series thermostat.
