What material used for tubular heaters?

Dec 09, 2020

The tubular heaters we generally mean electric tubular heating elements. The materials used for them are 3 parts, heating source, insulation parts and tubular. The tubular materials mainly  includes stainless steel SUS304, SUS316, SUS310, Incoloy 840, 800, copper tube.  The heating sources are spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) which are distributed along the central axis of the tube. The MGO powder is for insulation which is used for gap filling with good insulation and thermal conductivity is sealed with silica gel at both ends of the nozzle.

This metal-clad electric heating element can heat air, metal molds and various liquids.
