About customization
1. Applied voltage
All kinds of voltage can be customized without limitation. 5V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 600V, 1000V, etc. Generally speaking, the principle is to use large voltage for large area and small voltage for small area.
2. Service temperature
The temperature of the heating plate is determined by its unit power, which refers to the power per square centimeter. Generally 0.01-2w/cm2 can be customized. Specific power to do how much, you can contact customer service to recommend.
3. Temperature control
The heating plate itself has only heating function, so it is necessary to install a temperature controller to adjust the temperature. There are many kinds of temperature controllers, such as the simplest small thermostatic switch (i.e. thermal protector), the mechanical knob temperature controller that can adjust the temperature within a certain range to achieve constant temperature, and the intelligent digital display temperature controller. Small temperature control box, three-phase power distribution temperature control box, etc.
