1. Under the condition of adhesive installation, the allowable working temperature of the silicone rubber heater is less than 150℃.
2. It should be noted that the working temperature of the continuous use of the silicone electric heating sheet should be lower than 240°C, and should not exceed 300°C.
3. The selection of working voltage is based on the criteria of high power - high current, low thermal efficiency - low voltage.
4. If the air dry burning condition is limited by the high temperature resistance of the material, the power density of the silicone heating plate should be less than 1W/cm2. Under discontinuous working conditions, the power density of the silicone adhensive heater can reach 1.4 W/cm2.
5. The silicone electric heating sheet can be operated and pressed, that is, the auxiliary pressing plate is used to make it close to the heated surface.
6.It can be used in humid and cold places without combustible gas.
