Why Do Heating Tubes Break

Mar 29, 2022

Reason 1:

The magnesium powder in the heating tube is mixed with impurities. After high temperature heating, these impurities will be carbonized, so the heating tube will break after long use.

Reason 2:

The manufacturer did not select the correct material to make the heating pipe according to the environment; There are also differences in the pipe itself. One is the slotted pipe and the other is the non jointed pipe. The slotted steel pipe is welded with steel strip. If one spot welding is not in place, the pipe will burst. Generally, this problem will not occur without the jointed pipe, which may be caused by the quality of the slotted pipe.

Reason 3:

There are also differences in the liquids used for heating of stainless steel electric heating tubes. Some are corrosive liquids and some are water. Sometimes the heating water is the reason for the water quality, because many may use groundwater or tap water with more impurities, which is easy to form scale. Too much and too thick scale will lead to the internal temperature unable to diffuse, resulting in the explosion of the heating tube.

Reason 4:

The wall of the heating pipe is too thin, or the power setting of the heating pipe is too high, the surface load is too large, and the internal temperature is too high, which is easy to cause the internal expansion of the heating pipe, resulting in the rupture of the heating pipe.
