Today, we finished the production for the 100pcs silicone flat heater round and ring type for one of our UK customer. The customer explained that they use our silicone rubber heater to take the place of the watlow heater on the mould heat pressing. They sent to us the designed technical drawing. We make a mold for them to make exactly based on the drawing. The General information of the two types of the silicone rubber heater is as below:
SILICONE FLAT ROUND HEATER 240V 327W DIA:234MM WITH 300MM WIRE
SILICONE FLAT RING HEATER 240V 273W DIA:320MM WITH 300MM WIRE.
