PTC Film Heater with Aluminum Shell is an advanced electric heating device that integrates a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heating film inside a protective aluminum casing. It is designed for efficient, self-regulating heat generation with enhanced durability and thermal conductivity.

PTC component and contact circuit creates a parallel circuit if it is off and current can flow through the PTC to make a loop. The temperature of the PTC component increased rapidly at a time rate greater than the rated Reset temp of the PTC component which kept the contact in the circuot at the off state. Upon the power being disconnected from the battery and the temperature decreasing to the rated reset temperature of the bimetallic strip, the strip recovers rapidly and closes the contact offering enhanced, safer, and more reliable protection on circuits compared to the fuses on battery supply circuits offered.
