Designed in a cylindrical shape (ring), they can be easily wrapped around the surface of cylindrical objects requiring heating, such as pipes, barrels, cans, and rollers, and secured using clamping devices (such as buckles, Velcro, or springs).

The core structure of a silicone rubber heating coil includes a heating layer: an inner metal resistance wire that generates heat when energized. It also includes an insulation layer: high-quality silicone rubber with excellent insulation, thermal conductivity, and flexibility. An outer protective layer: the outermost layer of silicone rubber, typically reinforced with fiberglass cloth for increased mechanical strength. Additional accessories include a temperature sensing element (thermocouple/thermistor), power leads, insulation, and a mounting device.
