Brass Incast Shrouded Nozzle Heaters are high-performance miniature tubular heaters designed for applications requiring fast, precise, and concentrated heating in limited spaces. Available in round, square, or rectangular cross-sections, they offer excellent flexibility and can be formed into various shapes and configurations to suit complex installation requirements. Coil and cable heaters can be equipped with integrated Type J or Type K thermocouples positioned at the tip or center of the heater for accurate temperature sensing and control. Customized profiled or distributed wattage designs are also available to optimize heat distribution, improve process efficiency, and meet specific application requirements.
