Application areas of air heaters

Application field The scope of application of heaters. Air heaters are widely used heaters. We commonly call them air heaters. In fact, they can be subdivided into many types according to different heating gases. The common ones are Nitrogen heater, hydrogen heater. These can also be referred to as ducted gas heaters. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry and institutions of higher learning. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessories test. The electric air heater can be used in a wide range: it can heat any gas, and the hot air produced is dry, moisture-free, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-chemically corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly ( controllable).

Where did the air heater come from?

Electric heating is the process of converting electrical energy into thermal energy. Since it was discovered that wires can generate thermal effects through power sources, many inventors in the world have been engaged in the research and manufacture of various electric heating appliances. Like other industries, the development and popularization of electric heating technology also follows such a law: gradually promote from countries with advanced electric heating equipment to countries around the world; gradually promote from cities to rural areas; and then gradually promote from collective use to families and individuals; products Generally from low to high development.

At the beginning of the nineteenth century, electric heating appliances were mostly inferior products, which appeared in daily life as early as possible. In 1893, the prototype of the electric flashlight appeared and began to be used in the United States. Later, in 1909, the appearance of electric stoves, electric stoves were installed in the stove. That is, the heating method of the electric stove is from firewood to electricity. However, the rapid development of the electric heating appliance industry in the general sense was after the invention of the nickel-chromium alloy as an electric heating element.

In 1910, the United States successfully developed a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire electric iron, which fundamentally improved the structure of the electric iron, and the use of the electric iron was rapidly popularized. By 1925, products equipped with electric heating elements appeared in Japan, which became the prototype of modern rice cookers. At this stage, electric furnaces for laboratory use, hot blast stoves and other electric heating products also appeared in the industry. From 1910 to 1925, it was a huge development stage in the history of electric heating appliances, especially in the household and industrial fields. The emergence and wide application of various types of electric heating appliances made it develop rapidly, especially in the household field. Therefore, the invention of nickel-chromium alloy laid the foundation for the development of electric heating appliance industry.

After the 1920s, although the application development was not as much as the previous period, during this period, various electric heating appliances were reset and continuously improved, becoming a progressive stage in the development history of electric heating appliances. When it comes to home appliances, a wide variety of appliances are designed to be more aesthetically pleasing, durable, and sturdy, and most have automatic temperature and time controls.
