1. The conventional cartridge heater
The cartridge heater does not need to be fixed in the common mold while heating. The tube is directly installed in the heating hole for heat transfer. If the electric heating pipe needs to be installed, the general method is to weld a mounting thread on the basis of the cartridge heating tube, generally with specifications such as 6 minutes and 1 inch.
2. The threaded cartridge heating pipe
The threaded cartridge heating tube is punched with a wire aperture at the part that needs to be installed, and then the electric heating pipe can be fixedly installed in this part with a thread. The advantages of using threads are easy installation, easy replacement, good sealing effect and good stability.
3. Flange type cartridge electric heating tube.
This kind of cartridge heater with flange is easy to install. The installation methods of flanges are generally divided into flat flange installation and thread flange installation. Flat flange installation requires the flange needs to be welded on the box body, and then tightly sealed with the flange on the flat flanges spring electric heating pipe. The installation of the threaded flange is to tap on the fixed plate, and then directly screw the threaded flange.
