How to install the silicone heating element? Can I use DC power supply?
When the silicone heating pad is used, double-sided adhesive tape, room temperature vulcanization, hole positioning and other methods shall be used for installation. Silicone heater cannot use DC power supply. The heating principle of the silicone heating sheet is that alternating current generates eddy magnetic field in the silicone heating sheet, and the eddy magnetic field generates eddy current in the silicone heating pad. The silicone heating sheet has high resistance. Therefore, vortex current is converted into heat. If direct current is used, silicone heating sheet will not have vortex current and cannot generate heat.
