As industrial equipment, energy-saving is always a matter that we are considering in our usage. Then how to save the energy for an extruder?

The energy-saving of the extruder can be divided into two parts: one is the power part and the other is the heating part.

The energy-saving of the power part: Most of them use frequency converters. The energy-saving method is to save the residual energy consumption of the motor. For example, the actual power of the motor is 50Hz, but you only need 30Hz in production. Wasted, the inverter is to change the power output of the motor to achieve the effect of energy-saving.

Energy saving in heating part: Most of the energy-saving in heating part adopts an electric infrared heater to save energy, such as ceramic infrared heaters, and the energy-saving rate is about 30% ~ 70% of the old resistance coil.
