How to use heating tubes

The use of electric heating tubes generally follows several principles:

1.Understand the use environment and working temperature of electric heating tube, and select the appropriate power. In general, high power, fast heating, fast temperature rise, and vice versa.

2. Pay attention to the heat dissipation effect of the environment for dry electric heating pipe, which can be divided into static air and flowing air. Heat sink (stainless steel and carbon steel) can be wound outside the heating pipe, which can effectively expand the heat dissipation surface and increase the heat dissipation speed.

3. Dry burning of the electric heating pipe for heating liquid is strictly prohibited, especially the submerged electric heating pipe. If there is dry burning, a part of the cold area can be reserved as the non heating area in the design.

4. Generally, the voltage of electric heating tube is 220V and 380V, except for special voltage, which can be customized without standard.
