Installation precautions for RYD Thermal Fuse 15A
RYD thermal fuse 15A is a very reliable protection component for over-temperature. It has the advantages of small size, large over-current, no reset, stable performance, and convenient installation. So what do you need to pay attention to when installing it?
Installation Precautions:
1. When the used lead is bent, the distance should be more than 6 mm of the root member. The root and lead cannot be damaged, and the wire cannot be forcibly pulled, pushed, or twisted.
2. When the lead welding is completed, the heating temperature conditions should be restricted to the minimum. We must not add a high temperature to the thermal fuse. Do not forcibly pull, press or twist the thermal fuse and the lead. After the welding work is completed, it should be immediately Cool for more than 30 seconds.
3. The connecting member should be able to work reliably within the working range of the electrical appliance, and will not be displaced due to vibration or impact.
4. When the thermal fuse is fixed by screws, riveting or terminal, it can prevent the occurrence of poor mechanical contact.
5. The thermal fuse can only be used under the specified rated voltage, current and specified temperature. Pay special attention to the maximum continuous temperature the thermal fuse can withstand.
