1. Structure:

Oil drum heating belt is a kind of electric heating equipment. The oil drum heating belt can easily take out the liquid and concretion in the barrel by heating, such as the adhesive, grease, tar, paint, paraffin, oil and resin material in the barrel. The barrel is heated to make the viscosity drop evenly. Sensors can be installed on the surface to directly control the temperature through temperature adjustment.

The heating element is a small diameter glass fiber surrounded by copper-nickel alloy wire and placed between two glass fiber woven fabrics. Equipped with springs for easy installation, and equipped with a thermostat, which can be gradually adjusted from 30°C to 150°C. When using, there are hooks and springs on both ends of the heating belt of the oil drum, which can be used by hanging the hooks and springs correspondingly.

 2. Quality:

1. Using nickel-chromium alloy, the product has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The content of nickel-chromium alloy from ordinary manufacturers is only about 3%-4%.

2. The structure of the heating wire inside the electric heating belt of the oil drum can be made into an etching type, etc., and the heating temperature is uniform and durable.

3. The model specifications are 250*1740, 125*1740, 200*860, etc., and some manufacturers have a single model, which does not meet consumer needs.

4. The thickness of the product can reach 1.8mm, which can play a good protective effect, make the product durable and have a longer service life.
