1. 2. If other standards do not change and modify the surface load, the wall temperature of the electric heating material in the flange heater will change in parallel. If the surface load increases, the wall temperature of the electric heating material will increase, which will reduce the temperature in the flange heater. The service life of the electric heating material, but if the surface load is too small and the wall temperature is too low, the output power of the flange heater heat exchanger is reduced. Therefore, the selection of the surface load of the electric heating material in the flange heater is critical.
3. When the final gas temperature T2 in the flange heater develops, due to the addition of gas viscosity, the vapor flow resistance is reduced, which promotes the reduction of the compressive strength of convection heat transfer, and the surface temperature of the electric heating material in the flange heater increases together. It promotes heat loss and subsequently reduces the output power of the heat exchanger.
