From Sample Testing To A New Project: Fan-Shaped Silicone Heaters Shipped To North America

Jaye Heater recently completed a batch of customized fan-shaped silicone heaters and shipped them to a new customer in North America for sample testing. This is the first project between the two companies, and the customer will test the heaters for size, heating performance, and installation.

Made with flexible silicone material, the fan-shaped heater can be customized to fit different equipment shapes and available installation space. It can be used in chemical packaging equipment, pipes, containers, and other applications that require localized heating. Silicone heaters are also suitable for certain laboratory equipment, medical equipment, food processing equipment, and small industrial machines.

Every application has different requirements. Jaye Heater can customize the heater according to the required size, voltage, and wattage. Temperature control can also be added when needed, depending on how the equipment is designed and operated.

For new projects, we usually start with samples so the customer can test the product under actual working conditions. After the testing is completed, the specifications can be adjusted if necessary before moving to a larger order. This shipment is the first step toward a potential long-term cooperation.
