2. In the field of new energy vehicle heating, the mainstream battery heating methods in the new energy vehicle heating element industry are PTC, heat pump, and high-pressure liquid heating. High pressure liquid heating adopts the latest thick film electric heating technology. Compared with traditional PTC ceramic electric heating elements, the advantages of thick film electric heating elements are:

 

1). High power density: the power is nearly 10 times that of PTC electric heating elements;

2). Fast thermal response speed: The heating speed of the thick film resistor layer can reach 200-300 ℃/s;

3). The structure of the heating film is compact: the trajectory of the thick film can be designed with arbitrary graphics, avoiding the defect of heating blind spots in traditional electric heating devices;

4). Long service life: The theoretical service life can reach over 10000 hours, which is about 10 times that of PTC ceramic electric heating elements;

5). Excellent energy-saving performance: small thermal capacity, with a thermal efficiency of up to 85% -95%.
