Classification of temperature controller

1. Classified according to control mode

Thermostat can be divided into mechanical type and electronic type according to the control mode. The mechanical temperature controller detects the temperature through the temperature sensing sac, and then controls the compressor power supply system through the mechanical system, so as to realize the temperature control. The electronic thermostat detects the temperature through the negative temperature coefficient thermistor, and then controls the compressor power supply system through the relay or thyristor, so as to realize the temperature control.

2. Classified according to material composition

The thermostat can be divided into bimetallic sheet thermostat, refrigeration dosage thermostat, magnetic thermostat, thermocouple thermostat and electronic thermostat according to the material composition.

3. Classification by function

The thermostat can be divided into refrigerator thermostat, air conditioner thermostat, rice cooker thermostat, electric water heater thermostat, shower thermostat, microwave oven thermostat, barbecue thermostat and so on.

4. Classified according to how contacts work

According to the working mode of the contact, the temperature controller can be divided into two kinds: moving and closing type (normally open contact) and moving and breaking type (normally closed contact).
