How does the cartridge heater transfer heat?
There are generally three ways to transfer electrical energy from a small high-temperature block to a small low-temperature block: heat conduction, convective heat transfer, and radiant heat.
How to transmit electric energy?
1. Heat conduction is a whole process in which electric energy transfers mechanical energy due to the mass points of the same small block touching each other or the mass points between adjacent small blocks touching each other.
2. Convective heat transfer, due to the flow of gas and liquid caused by thermal deformation, the hot part rises and the cold part drops, which results in the transmission of electric energy.
3. Radiant heat is when the electric energy of a small block becomes the wave energy of radioactive material and is thrown out immediately. It does not require a compound as a transmission medium, and is a transmission method of electric energy in a mechanical pump.
In the whole process of many actual heat transfer, the three basic heat conduction methods often appear in addition to the cartridge heater.
