How to bond silicone heating strip?
Silicone adhesive double-sided adhesive is a frequently encountered problem. This is a treatment agent that requires the use of CL-14 silicone adhesive double-sided adhesive. This is another application that is different from K770 silicone treatment agent with glue.
How does the silicone rubber heating strip adhere to the double-sided tape firmly without degumming?
Just follow the steps below:
1. Alcohol cleans the oil on the surface of the silicone to be bonded;
2. Brush CL-14 silicone adhesive double-sided adhesive treatment agent, 15 minutes after drying at room temperature, it is appropriate when it is not sticky;
3. Laminate 3M double-sided tape and silica gel surface, and form after rolling;
4. Check the bonding strength, test the performance, and store it in storage after meeting the standards.
