1. Lamp installation

A.For vacuum-sealed short-wave heating tubes and carbon fiber medium-wave heating tubes, please avoid fixing the mounting bracket on the pressure-sealed part and the insulating ceramic head when the lamp is installed and fixed. Because this part is sintered at high temperature and then squashed, the stress in this part is high and very fragile; in addition, the lamp mounting bracket should not be fixed too tightly.

B. For the non-vacuum double-hole mid-wave infrared heating tube, a mounting bracket with a baffle is required. Because the mid-wave tube is non-vacuum, the filament in the tube can be moved. For lamps with a total length of more than 2 meters, we recommend three lamp installation fixing points, that is, in addition to the two ends, a support point is also required in the middle of the lamp.

3. Reflector

To heat irregular objects, an adjustable angle reflector should be used. 4. Clean up dirt regularly

If the surface of the quartz tube of the radiation light source is stained, please wear soft and clean sandy gloves when the lamp is not working, and wipe it with a sponge moistened with alcohol. This can improve the working efficiency of the lamp. Reduce the temperature inside the quartz tube to ensure the service life of the lamp. (If the light source cannot be radiated normally, and the heat accumulates in the quartz tube, the temperature inside the tube will be too high and the quartz tube will be damaged).
