Jaye Heater Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the production and shipment of 70 custom triangular flat tubular heating elements to a customer in Jordan.

These heaters are designed for oil heating in vacuum diffusion pumps used in industrial metallizing equipment.

 

The order highlights Jaye Heater's capability in manufacturing non-standard tubular heating elements with customized shapes, materials and electrical specifications for specialized industrial equipment.

 

The Jordanian customer required specially shaped heating elements for diffusion pumps used in metalizing equipment. In these systems, diffusion pump oil needs to be heated to support the vacuum generation process, making the heating element an important component of the equipment.

 

Unlike conventional round tubular heaters, this project required a triangular-shaped heating element to match the customer's specific equipment structure and installation requirements.

Manufacturing triangular tubular heating elements requires attention to the tube profile, dimensional accuracy and electrical configuration.
