1. There are many specifications of ceramic heating coils, which are basically customized from manufacturers according to their own needs, including the diameter and height of the electric heating coil, and the shape is basically strip-shaped.
2. Install thermal insulation cotton as needed
3. Roll it into a circle and fix it with screws. Generally, there are ceramic connectors, high temperature wires,
screw outlets, plug outlets, etc., simply connect the outlets.
4. After the assembly is completed, check whether the installation position and specifications are consistent with the
heater, whether the operating voltage is consistent, and the operating voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value.
5. The wiring part is placed outside the heating layer and the insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded to prevent leakage and electric shock. Safety first
6. The heating element should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to
long-term storage, bake it in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours
7. The heater is not waterproof, so it should not be in contact with oil, water and other liquids and media during storage
and installation to prevent leakage.
