With its own high power advantages, flange heaters have been widely used. At the same time, flange electric heating tubes are generally used for In the heating liquid, all are called immersion liquid heating tubes. So in industrial electric heating equipment, the installation method of flange heater has naturally become a concern of everyone. This problem must be considered in advance when we design the heating tube, because the design of the heating tube is different for different installation methods.

Choice of flange mounting and fixing method.

1. Threaded fixation.

a. One is to perforate the container, the female tooth ring is directly welded to the container, and the threaded flange heating tube can be directly screwed on the tooth ring.

b. The other is the thicker material of the container. Punch holes and pass the heating tube through. Use a large hexagon nut and screw the thread of the heating tube to fix it (with a sealing ring in the middle).

The installation direction of the flange electric heating pipe is generally horizontal installation with holes at the bottom of the side and vertical installation from top to bottom (or from bottom to top).

1. When installing vertically, it is recommended that the user leave a part of the cold end (the size of the cold end is subject to the lowest water level) and make a liquid level controller. When the bottom of the side is installed horizontally, the phenomenon of dry burning can almost be avoided.

2. However, when installing horizontally, we must consider the length of the heating pipe. Due to the influence of gravity, the side of the horizontal installation has a small force area and a large unit force. Therefore, when selecting the flange parameters, we must properly consider this problem.
