How To Install The Mold Heating Tube?
The mold heating tube installation is very simple:
1. Opening
Many people know the hole opening, but there are requirements for how big the mold hole is.
(1) If the pipe diameter is between 10-30mm and the length is shorter than 400mm, the gap between the pipe diameter and the hole diameter should be less than 0.2mm.
(2) If the pipe diameter is between 10-30mm and the length is 500-800mm, the gap between the pipe diameter and the hole diameter should be less than 0.5mm.
(3) For other pipes with smaller diameters and longer pipes, the hole diameter should be determined according to the knowledge of the professional heating pipe manufacturer.
2. Insert the mold hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and temperature control.
The installation method of the mold heating tube is very simple, mainly because the size of the mold hole is the main factor that affects the life of the mold heating tube.
