Electric heating boiler is mainly composed of boiler body, electric control box and control system. The boiler body is composed of a drum and a heating tube. The boiler electric heating tube is the heart of the electric boiler. The electric heating tube is the core component of the electric heating boiler, which directly determines the service life of the boiler, and its performance is directly related to the performance of the electric boiler.
The electric heating tube generally adopts a tubular form, which is composed of a metal stainless steel tube, a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, a lead rod, a connecting seat and a magnesium oxide filler. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the electric heating tube is 10,000-30000 hours. The service life of the electric heating tube mainly depends on the material of the electric heating tube, the surface heat load and the user's operation management level. The electric heating tube is made of nickel-chromium stainless steel tube with a surface heat load of 6-9W/cm2. In addition, the rated electric power of the electric heating tube is also a very important performance index. Under rated conditions, according to the national standard, the absolute value of the electrical power deviation should not be greater than 5%.
The connection method of the boiler electric heating tube is generally three-phase, symmetrically connected into a star (Y) or triangle (△). Divide into two or more groups according to the capacity.
There are two parts when replacing the heating tube.
The first step is to take it out: first cut off the power to the main power cabinet, grasp which heating tube is the replacement part according to the prompts of the control cabinet in advance, and then open the front heat dissipation window to change the heating tube that needs to be replaced. Loosen the screw on the flange and separate it from the power cord. Carefully take out the old heating tube.
The second step is installation: take out the power prepared in advance, the heating tube of the same size (normally the manufacturer is equipped with spare parts) straight into the heating tube warehouse, tighten the screws, connect the power cord, and carefully check the condition again. Next, close the heat dissipation window, start the main power cabinet, check whether the data displayed on the touch screen of the boiler control cabinet is normal, and restart the boiler when it is normal.
