There are many types of temperature controllers for silicone heating pads. You can chose controllers according to the temperature.
1.Snap Action Thermostat – Automatic Reset
When the silicone rubber plate is heating up, the thermostat will cut off quickly. When the temperature rises to the breaking point of the calibrated bimetallic disc, the contacts will open on when rising.
Set Point (Open): Available in 10°F increments from 50 to 450°F (most thermostats close 20 to 30°F below set point)
Electrical Ratings: 120 Vac, 12 Amp, 1440W, 240 Vac, 6 Amp, 1440W
Minimum Heater Width: 1.312″

2.Digital/Mechanical Adjustable Thermostat
If the silicone rubber heater is equipped with an adjustable thermostat, you can set the temperature you want. The thermostat is enclosed in a molded silicone rubber shelf and is permanently attached to the heater.
Amps: 12.5A @ 125V, 6.5 A @ 250V
Watt: 1500W @ 120V, 1560W @ 240V
Adjustable temperature range:
50 to 425°F (10 to 218°C) 90 to 140°F (32 to 60°C)
100 to 190°F (38 to 88°C) 70 to 190°F (21 to 88°C)
50 to 160°F (10 to 71°C) 70 to 140°F (21 to 60°C)

3.Snap action upper limit thermostat
Silicone heating pads can also be designed with a manual reset button when the heater temperature controller is used.

4.Creep Thermostat
The silicone rubber sheet can also be designed with creep thermostat. It can respond continuously and cuts off slowly at the trip point. Creep action thermostats have a slow on/off action around the set point.
Set Point (On): Limited selection available in 10°F increments from 50 to 300°F.
Electrical Ratings: 120 Vac, 12 Amp, 1440W, 240 Vac, 6 Amp, 1440W
