Injection molding heating element has the characteristics of reasonable design, fine processing, precision, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability. But The Injection molding heating element is not waterproof, it should not be in contact with liquid and medium during storage and installation to prevent accidents caused by leakage.
The following are some notes about the use of injection heating element:
1. Before installing heating element, it is necessary to check whether the on-site power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the product. If not, the user should be equipped with the same power supply voltage as the rated voltage of the product.
2. In order to ensure safety, when installing and daily maintenance, remember to be reliably grounded in the electrical equipment shell.
3. When the electric heater products exist for more than three months and are used again, they should be dried by themselves with intermittent electricity under permitted conditions. After heating for ten minutes, power off for half an hour, continue this process for three to four consecutive times to discharge the moisture inside the electric heating element.
4. The metal casting heater should be well positioned and fixed, the effective heating zone must be closely fitted with the heating body, and empty burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or pollutants are found on the surface, it should be cleaned in time and reused to avoid heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
