Is the Surface of the Flat Heating Tube Charged?

Jun 10, 2020

The electric heating tube is uniformly distributed high temperature resistance wire in the high temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance in the gap, this structure is not only advanced, high thermal efficiency, but also generates heat evenly. When current flows through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat diffuses to the surface of the metal tube through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then is transferred to the heated part or air to heat.

The surface of the flat heating tube is definitely not charged. Because the metal shell and the resistance wire are filled with insulating magnesium oxide powder. Therefore, the resistance wire only transfers heat through magnesium oxide powder, but not electricity. Therefore, the surface of the heating tube is not charged.

All in all, the surface of the heating tube is not charged, but the terminal is charged.
