1. The heating sheet can process a variety of shapes, round, triangle, guide, etc. You can also design according to your needs.
The heating sheet is evenly distributed on the silicon rubber insulation layer by the alloy resistance wire. The shape can be freely set and cannot be cut after the completion of the manufacture. Size requirements: length (mm) * width (mm), default thickness 1.5-1.8mm, high power or special needs can be thickened according to customer needs
2. Use voltage: 380V, 220V, 110V, 36V, etc. Generally, high voltage is used for large size and low voltage is used for small size, which can be customized according to customer needs.
3. Power: We generally do 0.5W per square centimeter, if you have special needs, please contact the seller.
4. Installation options: you can open screw holes, double-sided tape, spring buckle, or adhere in our factory.
Choose the right temperature control according to your actual situation, you can not need temperature control, or we can do with the thermocouple wire to go back to external temperature control
