The Storage Environment Of The Tubular Heater

The tubular heater is an electric heating element used to convert electrical energy to thermal energy. It can be used alone or as an electric heating element in various electric heating equipment. When the tubular heater is used alone.

Pay attention to the allowable working conditions and some normal operation precautions to ensure the safe use of the tubular heater and the excellent heating effect.

Note on the operation of the tubular heater:

① The storage location of the tubular heater needs to be kept dry and appropriate insulation resistance. If the insulation resistance of the storage environment of the tubular heater is found to be too small during use, it can be energized at low voltage.

Use it after recovery. The tubular heater should be properly fixed before use, and the wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer, and avoid contact with corrosive and explosive media and water.

②When the tubular heater is used for air heating, pay attention to the uniform arrangement of the tubular heater. The advantage of this is to ensure that the tubular heater has a relatively sufficient and uniform heat dissipation space, and as much as possible.

The fluidity of the air is ensured, and the heating efficiency of the tubular heater is improved.

③The gap inside the heating tube is filled with magnesia sand. The magnesia sand at the outlet end of the heating tube is easily polluted due to the infiltration of impurities and moisture, so it must be operated during operation.

Pay attention to the state of the outlet end of the tubular heater to avoid leakage accidents caused by it.

④ When the tubular heater is used to heat easily meltable metals or solid nitrate, paraffin, asphalt and other substances, the heating material must be melted first. At this time, the external electricity of the tubular heater can be reduced.

When the melting is completed, it will be restored to the rated voltage. In addition, when heating nitrate and other explosive-prone materials with tubular heaters, safety measures must be fully considered.

⑤When the tubular heater is used for heating liquid or solid metal, pay attention to the need to completely put the tubular heater into the object to be heated, and it is not allowed to burn the tubular heater.

After use, if there is scale or carbon on the outer metal tube shell, it should be removed in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and service life of the tubular heater.
