Principles Of Using Tubular Heaters
The use of tubular heaters generally follow several principles:
1. Fully understand the environment in which the tubular heater is used, whether it is medium conduction or infrared radiation.
2. Select the tubular heater of the appropriate power, and pay attention to the power load problem under the premise of ensuring the effective use of temperature requirements.
3. Fully understand the operating temperature requirements of the tubular heater, and select the tubular heater with the appropriate power. Generally, the power is large, the heat is fast, and the temperature rises quickly, and vice versa.
4. Dry heating of water-heated electric heating pipes is strictly prohibited, especially for immersed electric heating pipes.
5. For dry-burning tubular heaters, pay special attention to the heat dissipation effect of the environment in which they are used. They are divided into static air and flowing air.
6. Fully understand the operating voltage of the tubular heater. Under normal circumstances, the voltage of the tubular heater is 220V and 380V.
7. Fully understand the wiring methods of tubular heaters, usually star connection and delta connection. A single tubular heater can be connected to 220V or 380V, and multiple tubular heaters can be connected to 380V.
