Today, here is going to talk about the wiring method of the infrared heating tube briefly.
1. The rated voltage is 380V heating tube wiring, also known as "delta connection". When wiring the 380V heating tube, first divide it into 3 groups according to equal numbers, and then connect the three groups of heating tubes enf to end, so that there are three wire contacts between the heating tubes, and then connect the three wires of the three-phase power supply to the three contacts. Take protective measures. In this process, the power and quantity of the three groups must be the same. Show as following.
2. The rated voltage is 220V heating tube, also called "star connection". First divide the heating pipes into three groups of equal number, then connect one end of the three groups of heating pipes to a common point, and then connect the other ends of the three groups of heating pipes to the three power lines of the three-phase power supply respectively. Protective measures. This process must ensure that the power and quantity of the three groups of heating tubes are the same. Otherwise, the center point will be offset and the heating tube will burn out. Show as following.
