The melt blown process requires a lot of hot air. The compressed air output by the air compressor is dehumidified and filtered and then sent to the air heater for heating, and then sent to the melt blown die assembly. The air heater is a pressure vessel, and at the same time it must resist the oxidation of high-temperature air, so the material must be stainless steel. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube. A plurality of baffles are arranged in the inner cavity of the heater, which can prolong the residence time of air in the inner cavity of the heater and improve the heat exchange efficiency. Appropriately increasing the number of heating pipes and increasing the installed power of the air heater can shorten the heating time of the production line. The melt-blown process requires high temperature control accuracy of the drafting air heater, and the drafting air temperature is required to be stable within the range of ±1°C.
