What causes the short life of the water tank heater?
When we use the water tank heater, we must also pay attention to the following points, which can extend its service life.
1. The heating area of the electric heating tube is separated from the liquid, and the phenomenon of dry burning occurs.
When burning for a few times, the heat of the heating tube cannot be absorbed by the liquid in time, so that its surface temperature is very high, causing the internal temperature to be too high. When the internal temperature is too high, the resistance wire will be burned out, and in severe cases, the tube will swell and burst.

2. The water quality is too hard, and the speed of scale formation is fast, which hinders heat conduction.
Too much scale covers the surface of the electric heating tube, so that the surface temperature cannot be dispersed, so the internal temperature will get higher and higher. If it reaches a certain level, it will burn out the resistance wire and shorten the life of the water tank heater.
3. The heated water is corrosive and no corrosion-resistant heating tube material is selected. In this way, the heating tube will be corroded by the liquid, and leaks will occur, and it cannot be used if there are leaks.

4. The pressure issue is not considered. When the pressure of the water tank is greater than 1.0MP, the seamless pipe is not used, which causes the heating pipe to crack due to the pressure and ends the life of the water tank heater.
