What is the difference between quartz tube and carbon fiber tube?

The differences are as follows:
1. The energy conversion rate is different
Quartz heating tube is heated by resistance of tungsten wire, and carbon fiber heating element is pure black body material. In the electrothermal conversion process, the visible light is very small, and the electrothermal conversion efficiency is over 95% billion, which can save energy by 30% compared with nickel-chromium, tungsten-molybdenum and other materials used as heaters.
2. The service life is different
Generally, the service life of quartz heating tube is 2000-3000 hours. The service life of carbon fiber heating tube is 5000-8000 hours.
3. Different pipes
Quartz heating tube only needs simple packaging treatment, and carbon fiber heating tube needs to be vacuumed. To do a destructive test, the quartz heating tube and the carbon fiber heating tube were energized and worked for half an hour. At the same time, the destructive test was done in water. The result was that the quartz heating tube was broken and the carbon fiber heating tube was intact.
4. The transparency rate of quartz tube is different
The transparency of the quartz tube directly affects the heat generation of the tube. Ordinary quartz tubes are simply made of quartz stone mica, etc., and carbon fiber quartz tubes are purified and dehydroxylated. The hydroxyl content of the quartz tube directly affects its calorific value.
5. Different environmental protection concepts
The metal tungsten in the quartz heating tube is a non-renewable resource, and the carbon fiber filament is an environmentally friendly material that can be regenerated and is inexhaustible. Waste carbon fiber yarn will not pollute the environment.
