2.Glass
Glass conductive film heating tube: can better solve the anti-corrosion function. But when the temperature difference between north and south is large, it will burst and cause water leakage. In addition, the heating film will age rapidly, the annual electricity consumption will drop by more than 20%, the energy consumption will be high, and there will be safety risks.
3. Red copper
Pure copper (oxygen-free copper) heater: Copper has strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, not only can reduce the harm of scale, but also has much better thermal conductivity than stainless steel. At the same time, oxygen-free copper red has strong ductility, so seamless pure copper pipe and copper pipe welding can reduce the number of welds. The potential of copper is much lower than that of impurity elements in the water, and it will not be subject to electrical corrosion. The harm of scale is fundamentally eliminated, and the thermal efficiency is improved. According to the recent test report of the Electric Water Heater Laboratory of the China Household Electrical Appliances Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the test results of the relevant water appliances of the China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the oxygen-free copper water heater is 100% antibacterial in the selection and design of the material, and the anti-mildew property is in the test material In the first place.
