Why can't the mold cartridge heater be put in?
The mold cartridge heater is normally customized according to the aperture of the mold hole, but some customers found that it could not fit in the tube after receiving the tube.
There are two reasons:
1. The mold hole takes a long time, and there may be some small residues left by the burning of the heating tube. These small residues will be tightly nailed into the mold hole, causing the heating tube to not fit in.
2. Maybe the mold cartridge heater is too long. Normally, the tube over 500mm will be bent. Or the bending caused by extrusion during transportation will prevent the mold heating tube from being inserted.
When you encounter the problem that the cartridge heater can't fit in the mold, you can clean up the mold hole residue first. If it still can't fit in, you need to buy a new one.
