Why does the Heating Tube of the Electric Oven Heat up but the Tube is not Red?
If the surface of the heating tube in the oven does not turn red when it is energized, it means that the heating tube is not working.
1. You can first check whether there is a problem with the wiring, if there is a correct wiring first;
2. If it is confirmed that there is no redness under the condition of normal power-on, it means that the heating tube has been damaged;
3. If only part of the heating tube is red, it means that the heating tube heats up unevenly, which will affect the service life.
When the electric heating tube in the oven is normally energized, it is evenly red.
According to the electric heating elements used, it is divided into ordinary type and far-infrared type; according to whether there is a self-cleaning function (a function that can automatically turn the soup dirt in the box into a light ash that can be easily wiped off) is divided into self-cleaning type and non-self-cleaning type.
The heating elements used in electric ovens can be roughly divided into three categories: one is an electric oven that uses a far-infrared tube and a quartz heating tube, which is the lower-grade type of all electric ovens. However, the basic electric roasting function can still be realized, but the roasting speed will be relatively slower. The other type is an electric oven that uses two far-infrared tubes and a quartz heating tube. This type of oven is characterized by a relatively fast heating speed. However, compared with the former, the price is slightly higher, generally more than one or two hundred yuan. Another type is equipped with an ultraviolet heating tube in the accessory, which can sterilize bacteria, has a high degree of hygiene, and has a fast heating speed, so the price is more expensive, and it is suitable for consumers with good economic conditions.
