Wiring Mode And Use Of Cartridge Heater

The cartridge heater is a commonly used heating element in the industry. It has an inner lead and an outer wiring structure. The heating tube lead is standard with 200mm. The bottom of the tube and the terminal are reserved as required. The power can be made in sections.

Design surface load according to different heating media:

(1) Dry air burning: 1-4W/cm2;

(2) Water heating: 6-8w/cm2, oil heating: 1-4w/cm2, heavy oil: 1w/cm;

(3) Mold heating: ordinary 1-4w/cm2, imitation import: 6-8w/cm2, import: 1-22/cm2;

Wiring:

(1) Crimped-on: The stainless steel hard wire is drawn from the inside of the heating tube, and the high temperature wire is connected from the outside. This process is a standard process;

(2)Swaged-in : The high-temperature flexible wire is directly drawn from the inside of the heating tube. This method of wire-out has a high process cost, but it has good flexibility and is not easy to break

Cartridge Heater

use:

Suitable for working in the heating medium that cannot be wired at both ends, such as high and low temperature insertion heating of various large and small molds and mechanical equipment, including punching dies and other molds, cable mechanical dies, castings, presses, and packaging Machine, bag making machine, plate vulcanizing machine, ice cream scoop machine, squeeze tube, printer, fireplace ignition, bread machine, decocting machine, tin melting furnace and other fusible metal melting furnaces, cutter heating, nozzle welding thread Fasteners are used for heating water, oil and acid-base solutions.
