On 2021-04-07, we received the order confirmation for 3000pcs Thick film Heating Elements from one of our UK customer.
We discuss this project and sent samples since 6 month ago, after testing our samples, our heating elements are qualified to for their electric Kettles;
The specification of the thick film heating element is as below:
Thick Film Element on a stainless steel plate.
125mm diameter Stainless steel base plate (304L) ,
2000 W power : need to heat 1.5l of water from 24°C to 100°C in approx 4 min
Quantity of 3000pcs
base plate :with a hole to integrate a thermistor,
3 plots for integration
2 electric wires to power the heating film
Because their kettle planning to be sold beginning of June 2021, so we only have one month for production, so now we have arranged this order into our production planning.
