Application Of Aluminum Foil Heating Sheet In Daily Life
Aluminum foil heating elements are often used to place metal materials to heat up. 1. There are three ways to use electric aluminum foil heating sheet to heat metal materials:

②The heating tube is heated by touching the surface of the metal material. For example, a flat heating tube is used to strictly cater to the surface of a square or spherical stainless steel container for heating.
③ Make holes in mold shells, castings and industrial production machinery and equipment to pierce the heating tube into the hole to heat, such as the heating tube of a plastic bag making machine.
2. The surface load and surface temperature of the heating plate of common castings:
①Surface load of cast aluminum heating plate: 0.1～5w/cm.
②The surface temperature is below 380℃, and the temperature of 400℃ or even higher will cause the heating plate to deform and even dissolve.
③Pig iron heating plate aluminum casting heating plate surface load: 0.1～5w/cm2, surface temperature 700℃ for application;
3. Surface load of copper-cast heating plate and aluminum-cast heating plate: 0.1～5w/cm, the surface temperature is applied up to 600℃, and the high temperature resistance is 800℃.
4. Surface load: 4w/cm2, surface temperature: up and down 485°C 5. Surface load: 5w/cm2, surface temperature: 550°C up and down. In the test, when the surface temperature of the insulation board reaches 500 degrees, place it in the metal material The heat inside the heating tube is the same as the electric heating material in the air.
When the heating tube is placed in the metal material for heating, you need to master the following aspects:
1. Both sides of the metal sheet are hot;
2. Application temperature control. When the heating tube is placed in a metal material for heating, the surface temperature of the metal sheet alloy product is larger. The raw material that constitutes the heating tube under the operating temperature decision is larger. The operating temperature is agreed.
