How to install a cartridge heater？

1. Prepare the heat sink. Make sure the aluminum heat sink are completely flat and level, and that the surface is free of dirt and oils.

2. Attach the mounting bracket. Use screws to attach the mounting bracket to the heat sink. Make sure the holes for the screws are positioned for the cartridge heater.

3. Install the cartridge heater. Push the cartridge heater into the mounting bracket. Make sure the ends of the heater are set on straight and not at a slant.

4. Attach the heat sink and heater assembly. Secure the heater and heat sink assembly with nuts and bolts or screws.

5. Connect the wiring. Connect the wires from the cartridge heater to the power source.

6. Secure the wiring. Secure the wiring with wire nuts and electrical tape. Tape the connections to ensure they are properly protected.

7. Test the heater. Turn on the power and the heater should begin emitting heat once the temperature has been reached.
