1) The PTC heater has the characteristics of automatic constant temperature, no temperature control system is required, and the PTC heating element can be directly energized.

2) When the PTC heater is used to heat liquid (such as water), the PTC heating element will not be damaged after the liquid is dried.

3) If the PTC heater is used to heat the cold air, the PTC heating element will not be damaged when the air is not supplied.

4) There are four kinds of electrodes for customers to choose: printed aluminum, printed aluminum + silver, meltblown metal aluminum, electroless nickel + silver.

5) Long service life, used in normal environment, the service life can reach more than 10 years.

6) Reliable work, using the internal characteristics of the PTC heater to control the temperature, never over-temperature.

7) The working voltage is very wide. When the operating voltage changes by a factor of 2, the change in surface temperature is very small.

8) This variety of products does not have lead wires and insulating layers. Customers also choose products with wires and insulating layers, or products with shells.

9) When multiple PTC heating elements are used together, they should be connected in parallel, not in series.

10) Different heat dissipation conditions make the heating power of the PTC heating plate very different.
