Generally, flange devices can be divided into connecting flanges (bolted fixing) and welding flanges. Generally low pressure may be right. When the sealing requirements are not too high, you can choose to connect several bolt holes after the flange connection is processed, and the metal gasket can be fixed by the bolt hole at the rear end of the bolt fixing; in the case of high pressure and large diameter, the flange can be fixed. Use welding flanges, and then perform welding.
Ensure that the temperature in the furnace is evenly distributed. Large-scale medium-temperature furnaces and high-temperature furnaces are mainly based on radiation heat transfer. In addition to installing elements on the furnace wall and bottom, it is best to install electric heating tubes on the furnace roof and furnace door. At the same time, in the furnace where the heat loss is large, near the furnace hole, and near the outlet of the vibrating bottom furnace, a few more electric heating tubes should be installed. When the furnace height is lower, place the electric heating tube at the bottom of the furnace body or the furnace top. Do not replace the fusible link with other metal wires that cannot be fused. The fuse to be replaced must meet the specifications specified by the factory, and it is not allowed to replace the electrical tape with non-insulating materials, such as ordinary tape or damp heat pain relief cream. When there is a low-voltage fuse or a leakage current-operated protector on the electric heating equipment, the setting value shall not be changed without the professional staff recalculating according to the anti-shock protection standard.
